What typical day look like as a trainer in disability Case management role?
– Offer attractive training on-site and remotely to the new hires and existing staff for disability cases;
– Input of accelerated and mixed learning techniques in training;
– Identify individual learning styles and adjust accordingly;
– Analyze needs to help determine appropriate training solutions;
– Design training material and keep it up to date according to the evolution of practical activities and procedures;
– Measure employees progress using assessment and testing;
– Provide detailed feedback on the progress of new employees / learners;
– Run adapted exams to production tasks to ensure the accuracy and understanding of employees;
– Establish good working relationships with your business partners to assess training needs and ensure that practices and procedures are up to date.
– Participate in initiatives or projects of the business unit assigned by your manager.
– Identify and exploit opportunities for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications
– A minimum of 3 years of training or teaching experience in disability cases in the insurance field or others;
– Perfect command of French and English;
– Post-secondary education
– Experience in disability case management +++
– Advanced skills in the Microsoft product suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Ability to ask probing questions in order to obtain the necessary information
